Midnite
Midnite is our gentle guide, a horse with a remarkable intuition. Majestic and powerful, he responds best to strong and confident leadership. With a genuine love for people, he's always eager to connect and share his space.
Having joined the farm at just 1 year old, Midnite is now 22 and continues to thrive as both Jack's riding companion and a cherished Horse Connect teacher.
And if you look closely, you’ll notice he even sports a little moustache!

Reed
Reed arrived at the farm as a yearling and has grown into our incredible momma and grandma mare. At 27 years old, she’s our senior citizen and a beloved presence on the farm.
Calm and patient, Reed is an ideal teacher for those new to working with horses. She meets people where they are, allowing them to take their time and think things through. However, if you don’t keep her engaged, she might get bored and start munching on grass! While she’s gentle, Reed requires confidence and directness from those working with her.
Though she’s our shortest teacher, Reed is incredibly strong. She’s been a riding horse, a pack horse, and a lesson horse—she truly can do it all!

Duchess
Duchess is our expert in teaching boundaries. She’s not always fond of having her face touched and will make it known. Though she can be slow to trust, once she does, she’s open to trying new things. She patiently waits for you to think through your decisions and approach her with confidence.
Standing at about 16 hands high, Duchess is our tallest teacher. Born on the farm on April 25, 2014, she’s now 11 years old.
As a youngster, Duchess attempted to jump a fence but got caught, leaving her with a large scar behind her left elbow. Unbothered by the scar, she teaches us that while accidents happen, healing is always possible.
